Couples massage in Brighton and Hove
No phones, no washing up, nobody asking either of you for anything. Couples massage is two of you, side by side in the same room, massaged at the same time. 60 minutes for two, £140.
What happens in a couples massage?
You lie side by side in the same warm, candlelit room. Two therapists work at the same time, so neither of you is left waiting. Talk quietly if you want to, or say nothing at all and just hear each other breathe out.
Who books a couples massage?
- Partners who haven't had an hour alone together in months
- Anniversaries, birthdays and Valentine's Day
- Friends, sisters, mums and daughters
- Someone nervous about a first massage, with a friend on the next table
Can we each choose our own pressure?
Yes. Each of you tells your own therapist how firm you like it. One of you can have long, gentle strokes while the other has firm pressure worked into tight shoulders.
What happens during your couples massage
- A short chat first. What hurts, any injuries or health conditions, and how firm each of you likes the pressure.
- Time to get ready. Undress to the level you are comfortable with and lie under a towel.
- Your treatment. Both of you are massaged at the same time. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
- A few quiet minutes after. Water, time to come round together, and simple aftercare tips.
How much does couples massage cost?
Prices are for two people.
