My interest in massage first started whilst travelling in India
in the late 80's. On my return to England I studied with the London
Colege of Massage which offered one of the most comprehensive massage
courses in England at the time. On completion of my training I was
asked to stay and work as a practitioner for the college. I also
set up my own practice in London, working with both private clients
and with large international companies including AOL, Radio Times and Redwood Publishing.
Since moving to Brighton over 7 years ago I continue to work with
private clients and also work on a regular basis for Neilson Holidays massaging their staff.
Over the past 17 years I have continued my professional development,
by studying hot stone therapy with la stone, pregnancy massage with
Well Mother, holistic medical massage, myofascial release and trigger
point therapy with the fantastic Jing advanced massage school in Brighton.
I have recently started training with the Upledger Institute in cranial sacral therapy.
I have a passion for working with people and for helping them out of pain,
and enjoy finding a treatment plan that is both realistic and achievable.
I am a member of the professional massage association Embody and am fully insured.
